Delivery Methods
All products are sent with gel packs or dry ice (depending on the product) via Hattfoodhub.

Delivery Date
You select at checkout the date that you would like your order delivered. Hattfoodhub can deliver your order according to teh selected date and time.

Delivery Charges: Its depend on the delivery location. For eg - if deliver in Hatta its AED 7.

Delivery Address
Please send order to a location where there will be someone available to receive a Hattafoodhub delivery on the designated delivery day. We are not responsible for order that spoil if there is not someone to receive them on the date requested.

We have access to thousands of additional items. If there is a particular item you are looking for, but do not see, please contact us and we will source it for you.

NOTE: In Delivery Policy, Customer can request disputes or chargeback within 24hrs. Please keep a proof of delivery receipt signed and/ or received by your customer.
